Charlotte is a mulitcultural coach and intrapreuneur that has worked within global companies to generate scalable and positive impact in the areas of financial services, tech and mobility. In 2020, she was recognized as 2020 Women to Watch by Mundo Ejecutivo magazine in Mexico and in 2024 she was selected by Generali as part of the JUMP Talent program to contribute to the Group's 2025-2027 HR Strategy.
Since 2023 Charlotte is Chief Operations Officer of Europ Assistance S.A. (a subsidiary of Generali), working on increasing the company's footprint outside Europe, special projects and more. Prior to that, Charlotte spent two years as regional general manager for France, Spain and Belgium at Voi. Technology, a leading European and sustainable swedish e-scooters platform, focusing on brand awareness, market expansion, growth and profitability. Previously, she spent three years as head of Uber's safety and compliance operations for Latin America (15 countries, 200+ cities), where she led the company's strategy and teams across technological and process innovation. As a result, the company significantly increased rider, driver and third party safety, while contributing to business growth and brand favorability in the world's most dangerous region. In this role, Charlotte also led the company's LatAm Women Safety strategy, which included developing partnerships with gender-based violence prevention and support organizations, building sensitization campaigns for drivers and riders, as well as launching the Uber Ellas feature across Latin America. Prior to this, she spent 5 years at AXA, where she worked in public affairs to create its road safety association, later joined the CEO's office as chief of staff and rapidly became the head of transformation and innovation for its motor and property insurance business in Mexico, where she contributed to the AXA Group's research on resilient cities .
Over the years, Charlotte has has been a corporate spokesperson and opinion leader on insurance, mobility, technology, innovation, safety and social welfare. She has given talks on these subjects at the World Bank Group, TEDx, What a Woman, Rotary, AMIS, D1CONF, ExpoDrone, judged Mexico’s Fintech StartUp Weekend and won first place at the “Innovation Idea in Insurance” competition using Blockchain for motor insurance proof of existence. She is an Endeavor Mentor and collaborated in the Exponential Transformation book by Francisco Palau, Michelle Lapierre and Salim Ismail.
Charlotte graduated from the highly selective 2017 Global Solutions Program at Singularity University’s NASA Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley, sponsored by Google. She received her Masters in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford and her Bachelor in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bath. She also studied at Sciences Po in Paris, Hertzen University in Saint Petersburg and was sponsored by both AXA and Uber to carry out Harvard's HBX leadership and strategy trainings.
In 2018 she was awarded the “Young Talent” Trophy by the VIE Club, first international talent network in France, for her exceptional career since arriving in Mexico in 2013 as a VIE at AXA. In the same year, she co-launched the Club VIE Mexico Chapter to develop the French talent network in the country.
Charlotte is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, proficient in Portuguese and manages basic Russian. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, skiing, boxing and writing.
